Online Monitor IHK Aachen
In order to investigate the current status of the online-competence of the stationary retail, the "Onlinemonitor 2017" was created for the IHK Aachen. The owner-managed retailer in the participating cities were the middle point of this research. Various questions about the existence of internet pages respectively onlineshops and their quality set the starting point. In particular means of the use of different tools and the investigation on site, it was possible to create a complete picture about the activities of the stationary retailers in the online sales. Further, the classification of the online-operations by the retailers was an another focal point. Closing workshops form the basis for the development of recommend actions to strength the stationary retail on site as well to increase the knowledge in the online-trade.
