Online Monitor IHK Aachen

 

The online monitor 2018 was created for the IHK Aachen to examine the current status of online competence in stationary retail. The focus is on owner-managed retail in the six participating municipalities. Various questions about the existence of websites or online shops and their quality form the starting point of the online monitor. By using different tools and on-site inspections, it was possible to create a holistic picture of the activities of over-the-counter retailers in online retail and to classify the online activities of retailers. In on-site workshops, options for action were discussed and further recommendations for action developed.
